This is the origin and the raison d’être of Sagartoki. The miniature creations and pintxos impeccably arranged in glass cases provide small moments for your palate to discover and that your brain will never forget. Twice awarded Best Pintxos Bar of Spain; but it is much more than that; it is unexpected; it is NON STOP. The continuous flow of people sets the opening hours of the kitchen. Because discovering a fried egg and potato pintxo, accompanied by a signature vermouth, is a ‘moment’ to savour.
